What is "Moogata"?

"Moo Gatha" is a popular traditional Thai hot pot dish that combines "yakiniku" and "hot pot."

This is a hot pot dish where you can enjoy grilled meat in the center of the dome-shaped pot and hot pot in the soup area around it at the same time.

The light chicken stock-based soup brings out the sweetness of the fresh vegetables from Kyoto.

We offer two types of homemade dipping sauce.

The rich-tasting "Sukki Sauce" is an authentic dish made with "Hongfuru," a seasoning made from fermented tofu.It is not too spicy, but has a deep flavor.

The other is a refreshing fish sauce.This spicy sauce is packed with Thai chili peppers called "prik."

You can enjoy each sauce individually, or you can mix the two together.

Only in Japan!? It's the perfect finale to a hotpot!

After a hot pot meal, it's always best to have a final dish.

Therefore, we offer "jasmine rice" and Thai rice noodles "sen lek".

Enjoy the rich, flavorful soup of meat and vegetables until the very last bite of your "Moogata."
