"Moogata" is a traditional hot pot dish popular in Thailand, which is a fusion of "Yakiniku" and "Nabe".

This is a hot pot dish where you can enjoy the yakiniku in the center of the dome-shaped pot and the hot pot in the soup area around it.

Boiling it in a light chicken-based soup brings out the sweetness of the fresh vegetables from Kyoto even more.

We offer two types of homemade dipping sauce.

The richly flavored ``Sukki Sauce'' is an authentic dish made with ``Benifu Milk,'' a seasoning made from fermented tofu.Although the spiciness is modest, it has a deep flavor.

The other is the refreshing nam pla sauce.A stimulating sauce with plenty of Thai chili pepper "prik".

You can enjoy it with each sauce, but you can also enjoy it by mixing the two sauces.

Unique to Japan!!? After all, it’s the finishing touch to a hot pot!

After the hotpot, it's time to finish.

So, we have "Jasmine Rice" and Thai rice flour noodles "Senrek".

Please eat up all the ``moogata'' until the very end with the flavorful soup made from meat and vegetables.
